How long is the delivery time?
We take 3-6 days for production + 7-10 days for delivery. This may be a bit longer or shorter depending on the circumstances.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. Some countries are excluded due to bad infrastructure or different reasons.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Yes, we charge €7,95 shipping to any country. We apply free shipping on orders from €100 or more.
Can I return my items?
Since every item is custom made, we do not support returns and refunds unless the product is damaged or has an error.
