All import taxes are included in the shipping costs, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Failed Delivery
- If a delivery failure occurs due to a carrier error, we will cover the costs and offer a gift card or in some cases a full refund (shipping costs included).
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is not collected, a gift card equivalent to the order value will be issued instead of a refund (shipping costs excluded).
