Customized products may not be returned or refunded unless the product is damaged or has an error. As these items are uniquely tailored to your specifications, they cannot be resold or restocked.

Damaged Product / Production Error
Refunds are only available if the product is damaged upon arrival or has a customization production error. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with photos of the defect. Claims made after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
In most cases customers will be applicable for a gift card instead of a refund, unless multiple failed attempts or other good reasoning.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are not possible once production has begun. Once your custom product enters the manufacturing process, we are unable to stop or modify the order.
